Grace Owiti is a Collectives Executive, where she leads the design and delivery of the Bora Learning Network part of uBoraBora a programme supporting implementation research in foundational literacy and numeracy across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Her role spans network design, community facilitation, peer learning architecture, and communications strategy, ensuring grantees are not only connected, but equipped to share, adapt, and act on evidence in real time.
With over seven years' experience in community building, engagement strategy, and experience design, Grace has worked across higher education, edtech, and social innovation ecosystems. Prior to Brink, she led employee experience initiatives, designed learning systems and engagement strategies.
Grace combines technical fluency with a deep understanding of people and systems. Outside her role at Brink, Grace mentors young women in tech and supports health outreach programmes for children with disabilities. She holds certifications in business intelligence, data analytics, customer engagement, and performance systems; and brings a rigorous, collaborative, and human-centred approach to every project she leads.
